About Trust Education

Trust Education was formed in 1998, creating a much-needed niche in the education recruitment market. Disillusioned after many years at the top of the face-less corporate sector – our directors used the best bits of their industry expertise to put their new vision into practice.

  • Believe in integrity, empathy and professionalism at every level.
  • Are an agency deliberately scaled down in size, in order to provide and maintain a personal service to our teachers, schools and staff.
  • Would never match a teacher and school inappropriately.
  • Independent and refuse to be beholden to shareholders, investors or banks.

In terms of competition we sit alongside the 'Big Boys', but when it comes to service and reputation, we're way ahead.

Trust Events

Not only do Trust Education work extremely hard - we're also dedicated to play. Apart from our commitment to finding you fantastic placements, our team expend a lot of energy organising events to entertain both our teachers and ourselves out of school hours.

If you're new to London or just into hanging out with new people, the Trust get-togethers include; wine-tasting, cocktail parties, International Night of Mystery, Pimms summer party, Christmas Party, plus ad-hoc socializing. For those whose networking leans more to the physical, our team spirit spans netball, Touch rugby, running, rowing, charity marathons, cycling sportifs, and cycling time trials.

As many of our teachers are from Overseas we also use dates on the international calendar as an excuse for more celebrations like Anzac Day. And as supply teaching is the perfect way to earn and travel, you can improve your cultural education by taking part in some infamous annual European events.

"I was recommended Trust Education by a friend and was instantly impressed with the warm welcome I received, which one needs when emigrating from New Zealand to London in February! Working with other agencies, I had felt as though I wasn't really being listened to and that the staff at Trust were really interested in what I had to offer as a teacher, even with only one years experience. I was initially sent to a variety of schools that I had the opportunity of forming relationships with, none of which I wouldn't return too.

I am currently working at a the school I found that best suited my character and I'm really enjoying it. It wasn't a tough decision to decide to work for Trust exclusively. Not only have Trust secured my work situation in London, they have made life a lot easier, from helping with tax inquires to giving advice on travel and it's always nice to have a laugh with the girls on the phones!"
